Library

The Library is a Learning Resource Centre comprising the Textbook Hire Resource Facility, a lecture/guest speaker room (Library Annex) accommodating 30 students, a class research area with 18 computers (Area A), individual study areas, and a reading lounge. Approximately 75 students can be accommodated in a variety of learning settings at the same time.  

More than 70,000 learning resources (books, videos, charts, CD-ROMs, magazines and games) can be accessed through the Library. The Library aims to support the values and goals of Burnside High and Education Queensland, encouraging intellectual growth and responsibility for one’s choices.
