International students are hosted by Burnside families and attend a fulltime program of study in the junior or senior phase of learning. Their stay in Australia ranges from 3 to 12 months, with post-secondary school options available.
International students who attend Burnside State High School have the opportunity to study a wide variety of academic and vocational subjects; experience many diverse cultural and outdoor adventures unique to Australian lifestyle and be hosted by local caring families.

Purchasing Uniforms
Once enrolled and accepted to study at Burnside, please be aware that uniform costs are not included in the price of EQI fees. Uniforms must be paid separately upon arrival in Australia.
