Burnside State High School offers 10 scholarships to support and encourage Year 7 students who are passionate about their future and actively involved in their school or community.
Students are invited to submit an application outlining:
- What the scholarship would mean to them
- Their interests, talents, or goals
- How they are involved in areas such as sport, technology, music, the arts, leadership, community service, or other achievements and talents.
This scholarship is designed to assist Year 7 students by covering the Student Resource Scheme (SRS) fees for one school year.
How to Apply
To apply for a scholarship, you should provide a submission to the school Administration Office. Submissions should include a covering letter and supporting documentation e.g. awards, letters of recommendation, samples of work etc. Scholarship application submissions close 3:00pm Friday 9 October 2026.
